Have you ever beheld the beauty of a brown dead leaf? We look at the green healthy leaf and often look in disgust at that brown dead leaf, but we revel in the joy of rolling in those beautiful brown dead leaves in the thick of autumn, with the Sun shining through those brown dead leaves that so often we look at with a sense of loss, as if the green without the brown is even possible.
Our lives are beautiful simply because our death is possible when we grow with the green and the brown and the dark matter that is the earth, made of all of us. We forget that the green and the brown and the dark earth are one single beautiful swirl of perfection, growing and dying as one.
